Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Change Lead within its Talent & Organisation practice to drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness for HR transformations. You will partner with business, HR, and project teams to enable sustainable change across processes and ways of working.

The role focuses on developing change strategies, conducting impact assessments, and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance adoption and learning.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Change Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, HR Transformation, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
• Experience conducting impact assessments, stakeholder management, communications, and adoption planning activities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases that explain the impact of technology-enabled change on employees, processes, and ways of working.
• Passion for leveraging AI and proven experience applying AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to support stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
