Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Change Lead in Singapore to drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness for HR transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with business, HR, and project teams to navigate change effectively and sustainably.

Responsibilities include developing change strategies, conducting impact analyses, creating adoption plans, and enabling successful implementation of new HR processes with a focus on AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Change Management.
• 5+ years in Change Management, HR Transformation, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
• Experience conducting impact assessments, stakeholder management, communications, and adoption planning activities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases for tech-enabled change.
• Passion for AI-powered tools to support engagement, communications, training, and change delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop business cases that explain the impact of technology-enabled change on employees, processes, and ways of working.
• Passion for leveraging AI and proven experience applying AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to support stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change delivery.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
