Zusammenfassung

RRecruiter is seeking an HR Business Partner to be based near Bugis MRT, Singapore, driving regional HR projects, coordinating logistics, accommodations, and scheduling for engagement surveys and leadership development programs.

You will consolidate HR data with Finance for monthly reporting, support expatriates across the ASAO region, and contribute to global compliance audits while handling ad-hoc HR initiatives and general affairs tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regional HR Projects & Logistics: Coordinate logistics, accommodations, and scheduling for initiatives like Employee Engagement Surveys, Talent/Senior Management Development Programs, and HR meetings.

• HR Reporting & Data Analytics: Consolidate personnel stats with Finance for monthly reporting and analyze HR data to spot areas for regional improvement.

• Compliance & Audits: Take part in global compliance audits and stay updated on local labor regulations.

• Expatriate Management: Support international and Japanese expatriates across the ASAO region and ensure smooth operations locally.

• General Support: Provide back-up administrative support to General Affairs and take on ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Strong stakeholder management, group facilitation, and cross-cultural communication skills.

• Self-motivated, meticulous with numbers, and able to work independently or in a team.

• Knowledge of employment laws and practices in Singapore and the ASAO region is an advantage.
