MDPI Romania is seeking an HR Assistant in Singapore to support recruitment and provide administration across the employee lifecycle. You will review resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

You will compile and maintain employee records, help manage disciplinary and grievance issues, and collaborate with management to implement HR policies. A degree in HR or business, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or higher.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management.

Aufgaben

• Providing recruiting support such as reviewing resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate onboarding/offboarding sessions.
• Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Assist office manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees.
• Collaborate with insurance providers and other benefit vendors.
• Implement activities and programs to enhance the overall well-being of employees.
