Job summary

CAERUS HOLDING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional in Singapore to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and work pass administration.

You will draft job descriptions, screen candidates, handle MOM submissions, and ensure accurate records for leave and attendance. Immediate availability is preferred and familiarity with Info-Tech HR software is a plus. You will support a fast-paced operations environment, maintain compliance with Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience, including at least 2 full years managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations (Employment Act, CPF Act, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR software; experience with Info-Tech is an advantage.
• Background in F&B operations or prior F&B industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit manpower, draft job descriptions with input from relevant departments, source candidates and conduct screening.
• Manage Work Pass processes through MOM portal and resolve MOM-related matters promptly.
• Prepare Letters of Appointment and onboarding documentation; file and maintain records for new hires.
• Manage monthly payroll and staff expense reimbursements; handle CPF contributions and statutory payments on schedule.
• Track attendance, leaves, and off-in-lieu; administer compensation and benefits including NS, maternity, paternity, and hospitalization leaves.
• Perform general administrative and HR support tasks and undertake other HR-related duties as required.
