Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to maintain employee records, manage payroll processes, and support policy administration. This full-time role requires hands-on HR experience and attention to detail in a busy corporate environment.

You will handle immigration matters, regulatory submissions, and coordinate staff events while assisting the HR Manager with policy updates and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field required.
• At least 3 years of HR-related experience.
• Familiar with AGHRM and Prosoft systems preferred.
• Full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employees' records (bio-data, leave, training records).
• Handle monthly payroll and verify foreign workers' salary payments.
• Prepare monthly job-costing allocations.
• Assist HR Manager with HR policies handbook updates.
• Manage HR administration: orientation, appointments, confirmations, performance appraisals, recruitment.
• Handle immigration matters: Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependent Pass, PR applications.
• Ensure regulatory submissions (IRAS, CPF, Mindef) and training grants.
• Organize company events.
