Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to provide essential support for HR processes including recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and work pass administration. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are crucial. Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day support in general HR administration and procedures for HR Department.
  • Involves in recruitment, collates employment documents, maintains and update the HR personnel files.
  • Update new hire information into HR database.
  • Filing and scanning of documents.
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Worker onboarding and dormitory coordination.
  • Work Pass and MOM administration.
  • Payroll processing and administration.
  • Responsible for work pass and site pass administration.
  • Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of courses.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Provide day to day support in general HR administration and procedures for HR Department.
  • Involves in recruitment, collates employment documents, maintains and update the HR personnel files.
  • Update new hire information into HR database.
  • Filing and scanning of documents.
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Worker onboarding and dormitory coordination.
  • Work Pass and MOM administration (OFWAS, PCP, Security Bond, FWMI, Appointment, etc)
  • Payroll processing and administration
  • Responsible for work pass and site pass administration such as pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
  • Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update and maintain training record etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
