Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Automation Analyst to enhance HR workflows using Power Automate and Excel-based tools. You will help design efficient processes for onboarding medical specialists and consolidate HR data into structured master files.

The role focuses on identifying manual tasks, developing automation solutions in Excel or VBA, supporting HR analytics, and collaborating with HR stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

Min. Diploma in HR, Data Science or related discipline.
Experience in process automation and Power Automate projects.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, formulas, VBA/macros.
Familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support enhancement and development of Power Automate processes for HR workflows.
Assist in developing efficient processes to onboard medical specialists.
Consolidate, clean and organise HR data into structured Excel files.
Identify recurring manual processes and suggest automation opportunities.
Develop Excel/VBA-based automation to streamline admin tasks.
Support HR analytics and data projects with data accuracy.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders on process improvements.
Handle confidential HR information with discretion.
Perform other HR projects and ad-hoc duties.
