Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in HR, Business, Data Science or related discipline.
• Relevant HR / administrative / shared services experience advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Power Automate / VBA knowledge advantageous.
• Meticulous and comfortable handling confidential information.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administration
• Process HR payments, reimbursements, claims and manpower billing
• Support employee benefits and Learning & Development administration
• Maintain HR records, databases, trackers and reports
• Consolidate and analyse HR data using Microsoft Excel
• Support HR process automation and Power Automate enhancements
• Verify documents and ensure accurate data processing
• Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders on HR matters
• Support HR projects, reporting and audit activities
