MCDOWELL OFFSHORE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is looking for an HR professional to oversee daily HR operations in Singapore. You will manage onboarding and offboarding for foreign staff, handle work passes, and ensure MOM compliance while maintaining accurate personnel records.

You will coordinate medicals and safety training, respond to employee inquiries, and prepare contracts and HR reports. Experience in shipyards or construction environments is preferred, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• 1 year of HR-related experience in shipyard, construction, or operational environments is required.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Familiarity with MOM regulations and Singapore Employment Act.
