1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Maintain and update employee records and databases.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Assist in organizing engagement activities and training programs.

Support performance management processes and documentation.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.

Maintain attendance, leave records, and benefits enrollment.

Coordinate with finance for salary payments and deductions.

4. HR Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Assist in audits and reports for regulatory compliance.

5. General HR & Administrative Support:

Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality.

Handle HR correspondence, notices, and communications.

Support other administrative duties as needed.
