HSM Ship Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a capable HR Admin to support recruitment, manage monthly payroll, and assist daily HR operations. You will work closely with managers to align manpower plans and ensure compliant processes.

You will handle job postings, screen applicants, conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and maintain employee records, including dormitory administration for foreign staff. Proficiency in MS Office and local MOM rules is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• Knowledge of local labor laws including MOM procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for HR documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Work with managers to understand manpower needs, candidate profiles and recruitment timelines.
• Prepare and publish job advertisements and identify recruitment channels.
• Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct reference checks and follow up on offers.
• Coordinate onboarding, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records and p-files.
• Oversee dormitory administration and allocations for foreign staff.
• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for blue-collar employees.
• Collect attendance, overtime, allowances, leave and claims; ensure confidentiality of payroll data.
• Provide HR support for ad hoc tasks.
