Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years HR experience, preferably in construction industry.
• Experience handling payroll matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of HR operations including onboarding, offboarding and employee records.
• Manage accommodation, dormitory arrangements and related administrative matters.
• Handling monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary calculations, statutory contributions, and timely salary disbursements in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and other MOM-related matters.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programmes for newly joined employee.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and handle other HR-related administrative duties as required.
