• In-charge of employee onboarding and off-boarding procedures.
• Responsible for monthly payroll activities.
• Oversee Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Implement and monitor HR policies to ensure legal compliance.
• CPF submission and employment document drafting.
• Oversee recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, selection.
• Employee relations and engagement between management and staff.
• Handle HR inquiries and ad hoc duties.
