Job summary

HAACH LIFESTYLE HMH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Admin to handle a fast-paced workload in Singapore. You will manage payroll (Priority), serve as the main point of contact for staff, and support HR processes across the team.

The role requires excellent communication, knowledge of employment law and MOM practices, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Diploma in HRM preferred; familiarity with INFOTECH HRMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with INFOTECH HRMS/Payroll software.
• Good working knowledge of employment law and MOM practices.
• Able to work fast and accurately.
• Focused, organized and meticulous with numbers.
• Ability to work independently.
• At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management.
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Not a job-hopper.

Responsibilities

• Process commission calculations and payroll (Priority).
• Be main contact for staff and respond promptly.
• Work as a Team Member by sharing timely information to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
