Job summary

MANFIELD EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a capable HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations in Singapore, covering onboarding through offboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with MOM regulations.

The role requires a Diploma in HRM or equivalent and 2–5 years of relevant experience; you will support learning, performance processes, headcount planning, and HR reporting while serving employees across all levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience in payroll, benefits, and compliance with Singapore MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day HR operations from onboarding to offboarding.
• Handling monthly payroll, overtime computation, leave and benefits administration, insurance and work pass matters.
• Managing employee confirmation, contract renewal, resignation, salary review and termination processes.
• Supporting manpower planning, headcount monitoring, HR reporting and annual performance appraisal / bonus exercises.
• Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with MOM guidelines and Singapore employment regulations.
• Handling employee queries and working closely with employees across different levels, including management.
• Supporting Learning & Development activities, including training needs analysis, training planning, training coordination and maintaining training records.
• Liaising with training providers and government agencies on training grants and claims.
• Supporting HR projects and process improvements as required
