Job summary

HAACH LIFESTYLE HMH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Executive (Generalist) to manage end-to-end human resources practices in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on payroll and commission calculations.

You will handle full-cycle employee lifecycle, maintain data, and ensure timely responses to staff. The role requires excellent communication, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with INFOTECH HRMS/Payroll Software.
• Knowledge of employment law and MOM practices.
• Able to work fast and accurately.
• Focused, organized and meticulous with numbers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Not a job-hopper.

Responsibilities

• Commission calculation, payroll (Priority).
• Full-cycle employee lifecycle from sourcing to offboarding.
• Manage company handbook, policies, compensation and benefits.
• Be main point of contact for staff and communicate with management.
• Work as a team member to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Maintain accurate employee data online and offline.
• Handle leave, attendance and maternity NS leave.
• Other duties as assigned.
