Job summary

Intuit Recruitment Pte Ltd's client in the construction sector is hiring an Assistant HR & Admin Manager in Redhill, Singapore. This permanent, 5-day-week role supports the HR & Admin Manager across the full spectrum of HR and administration.

You will help implement HR strategies, oversee manpower planning, recruitment, training, performance management and compensation and benefits, while ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and compliance.
• High integrity and discretion; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR & Admin Manager in the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions.
• Assist in implementing HR strategies, policies and programmes covering manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, performance management, and C&B.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives and support employee engagement and relations matters.
• Ensure HR practices comply with local employment regulations and company policies.
• Provide administrative support for office operations and HR projects.
