Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support the HR team in managing full-scope HR operations for office staff and site workers on multiple construction projects.

You will assist in recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, oversee payroll reviews, salary benchmarking, and benefits, ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and government schemes, and prepare HR reports for management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience in HR generalist role within construction industry is preferred.
• Hands-on in recruitment, payroll review, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Manager in overseeing full spectrum of HR functions and daily operations.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for managerial roles.
• Manage payroll reviews, salary increments, and benchmarking.
