Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment and the employee lifecycle. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions and maintain accurate HR records in the HRMS while supporting payroll and statutory submissions.

The role covers performance, training and engagement initiatives, plus ensuring compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS, PDPA, and ISO audit requirements. Singapore-based and Monday–Friday work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on recruitment and HR operations experience; payroll knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer administration.
• Ensure onboarding, probation reviews, transfers, promotions and exits are smooth.
• Maintain HRMS records, payroll preparation, benefits and statutory submissions.
• Coordinate performance reviews, training, engagement, and governance with audits.
