Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including requisitions, postings, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers
• Coordinate full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit interviews
• Maintain accurate HR records in HRMS while ensuring confidentiality
• Handle HR operations and work pass administration, system enhancements and process improvements
• Support monthly payroll verification and benefits administration including statutory submissions
• Administer employee benefits and assist in salary reviews and HR reporting
