Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to perform HR administrative functions and process employee transactions in PeopleSoft, including new hires, rehires, terminations, compensation changes, transfers and Letters of Appointment.

You will maintain personnel files, support recruitment, training, payroll-related matters, work pass administration, onboarding and offboarding, and respond to employee inquiries while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.

Qualificações

• HR administrative functions and processing employee transactions in PeopleSoft.
• Maintain accurate HR records and compliant files.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and respond to employee inquiries.

Responsabilidades

• Perform HR administrative tasks and process employee transactions in PeopleSoft, including new hires, rehires, terminations, and changes.
• Maintain employee personnel files and ensure HR records comply with local laws.
• Support recruitment, training, organisational development and employee relations programmes.
• Manage work pass matters, oversee applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Submit manpower surveys and statutory reports to government agencies.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and document management.
• Administer or assist with transportation coordination and internal HR processes.
• Respond to employee enquiries on HR policies and procedures.
