TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, probation, movements and offboarding while keeping HR records accurate and compliant.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a generalist HR environment.
• Basic knowledge of payroll administration and statutory submissions.
• Familiarity with HR Management Systems; Prosoft HRMS would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, probation, employee movements and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, personnel files and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and employment-related correspondence.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations where applicable.
• Support monthly payroll, statutory submissions, compensation, benefits, insurance and medical claims.
• Coordinate performance reviews, training, certifications, health screening and employee development programmes.
• Support employee engagement, wellness, recognition and company culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Singapore employment legislation, PDPA and statutory requirements.
• Support ISO 9001/45001 requirements, audits, documentation and corrective actions.
• Review HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Provide general HR and administrative support and participate in HR and company-wide projects as assigned.
