Job summary

HAI SOON SHIP MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a personnel administrator to handle manpower and welfare issues, prepare documents for entry and departure from Singapore, and ensure compliance with regulations from relevant authorities.

You will manage and update portfolio files and certifications, prepare employment contracts and recruitment documents, apply knowledge of MOM work permits online, and assist with ad hoc assignments and the Fleet Manager.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in a related role.

Responsibilities
