HR & Admin Executive (Ref: 37798) Location: Central
Our client is a lifestyle company expanding its food and beverage business in Singapore, operating and developing a portfolio of popular restaurant and café brands.
They are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to support the company’s Human Resources and Administration functions. The role involves managing recruitment activities, employee records, payroll coordination, office administration, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Reporting Line: Managing Director
【Responsibilities】
1. Administration
- Manage office and outlet administrative operations.
- Monitor inventory and procurement of office supplies and uniforms.
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office and outlet facilities.
- Liaise with government authorities regarding licences, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain filing systems and company records.
- Arrange meetings, travel bookings, and accommodation for management when required.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Support new outlet openings and administrative setup activities.
2. Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety requirements, and industry regulations.
- Monitor the renewal of business permits, food handling certificates, work passes, and licences.
- Prepare documents for audits, inspections, and government reporting requirements.
- Liaise with government agencies and external stakeholders when necessary.
3. Leadership & Support
- Partner with Operations Managers and Outlet Managers on workforce planning and employee-related matters.
- Provide recommendations to management on HR best practices and process improvements.
- Participate in HR policy development and implementation.

【Requirements & Preferences】
- Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with relevant counterparts and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing a shift-based workforce.
- Knowledge of employment laws, payroll processes, and employee relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR/payroll systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to commence work within 2 weeks.

- Experience in HR and administration within the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
