Job summary

ASSURED PROTECTION & CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to handle end-to-end HR tasks in Singapore.

The role involves reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with recruitment agencies to fill positions. You will maintain HR records and ensure compliance with PLRD, MOM, medical and insurance requirements. You will also manage workplace safety and prepare HR letters and certificates in consultation with management.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing resumes and applications.
• Conducting recruitment interviews and providing inputs during the hiring process.
• Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
• Maintaining HR records, such as those related to PLRD, MOM and Medical and Insurance.
• Managing workplace safety issues.
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
• Liaising with the relevant government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance
