Job summary

EXPEDITE AIR CONDITIONING & ELECTRICAL PTE LTD is seeking a responsible HR cum Accounts Assistant to support daily HR, administrative, and accounting tasks in the company. You will handle payroll, leave records, employee files and work permit matters, prepare petty cash and invoices, and provide administrative support to management.

Proficiency in Excel and Word, plus English and Mandarin, is required, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
• Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Experience in HR, Accounts, Payroll or Construction industry will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily HR, Accounts and Administrative operations.
• Handle payroll, leave records, employee files and work permit matters.
• Prepare petty cash, journal entries, invoices and data entry.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to management.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
