Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in retail management or sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes.
• Proven ability to plan and implement retail promotions.
• Positive, friendly, and organized demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward deliveries to the correct storage area.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock.
• Monitor inventory and compile orders based on par levels.
• Maintain clear, organized records for reports and invoices.
• Verify goods arrived per order, delivery note, and quantity.
• Store food & beverages and operational stock securely.
• Ensure storage facilities are clean and hygienic.
• Sign store requisitions with department heads.
• Enter requisitions into the Inventory/Materials Management System.
• Post invoices using the MMS system.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to order and receive items.
• Oversee vendor deliveries and returns.
• Perform regular inventory audits and generate reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
