Job summary

You will handle guest enquiries, monitor room availability and ensure clean, safe, and high-quality standards while reporting issues and helping optimise resources and reporting.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in hotel operations or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations.
• Knowledge of hotel procedures, guest service standards and housekeeping coordination.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and operational reporting.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services and Maintenance.
• Monitor staff attendance, work performance, duty rosters and manpower allocation.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor room availability, cleanliness, maintenance and service standards.
• Assist in monitoring operational expenses, inventory and resource utilisation.
• Train, guide and supervise hotel employees to maintain service quality and productivity.
• Prepare daily operational reports and report important issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs and workplace safety requirements.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.
