Job summary

CKSE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will lead attendants, inspect rooms, and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation to meet the hotel’s standards.

You will coordinate with Front Office on room readiness, handle guest requests and feedback, report faults to Engineering, manage supplies, and train staff to maintain service quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within hotel or hospitality industry.
• Experience in guest room cleaning, public area maintenance, and housekeeping operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with housekeeping management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet standards.
• Lead and support attendants, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Perform relief duties as PA/RA when required to maintain service levels.
• Coordinate with Front Office on room status updates and guest requests.
• Address guest feedback promptly and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Report maintenance defects to Engineering and follow up for rectification.
• Monitor supplies, inventory, and equipment usage and safety.
