Job summary

Eighteen M Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our Chinatown Central region property. You will manage front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest experience, driving efficiency and profitability.

You will lead a team, implement service and safety standards, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest stays while maintaining brand guidelines and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations management or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and data tools.
• Solid understanding of hospitality industry trends and regulations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
