Job summary

Infinix Facilities Management is seeking a capable operations professional to oversee daily hotel department activities in Singapore. You will liaise with the director on planning and execution of tasks, and coordinate with HR for manpower planning, including interviews when required, while contributing to KPI development and effective staff communication.

You will resolve conflicts, address customer complaints, and support directors with ongoing improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work in islandwide locations and travel to multiple locations daily.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and activity for Hotel department.
• Liaise with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects.
• Liaise with HR Department for manpower planning and, if required, conduct interviews.
• Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPIs.
• Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
• Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
• Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Any other duties assigned by directors.
