Job summary

CoreTRM is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant to implement our software solutions for new clients in Singapore and worldwide. This is a functional consultant role focusing on client engagement, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and user adoption, rather than deep technical development.

Travel to client sites locally or overseas is required. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT project delivery, strong stakeholder management, hands-on delivery, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience delivering IT projects.
• Client-facing project experience with stakeholder management.
• Hands-on, capable of delivering in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and ensure satisfaction.
• Configure and implement CoreTRM for clients.
• Gather, document and understand client requirements.
• Identify gaps and determine solutions.
• Extend the core product using data model and scripting extensions.
• Design and configure interfaces to other applications.
• Deliver training sessions for end-users.
• Manage change requests and liaise with product developers.
