Job summary

7-24 Entertainment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth guest experience at our Singapore venue.

You will oversee reservations and front-of-house tasks, coordinate with the team, and maintain standards of service, safety, and cleanliness. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including POS systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries.
• Greet and direct guests to designated rooms.
• Record orders and serve food and beverages.
• Input orders into the POS system.
• Provide basic technical support (mic checks, karaoke system checks).
• Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• Fulfill all ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
