Job summary

ITCAN PTE. The candidate will document procedures, maintain records, and ensure timely responses to queries while guiding customers on proper use and maintenance of systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware or software systems.
• Interact with users by phone, in person, or online chat to understand and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify when system reconfiguration is needed and implement it.
• Assess user needs and suggest technical solutions such as patches, upgrades, or enhancements.
• Document support procedures and maintain customer records.
• Respond promptly to queries and provide guidance on installation, maintenance, and use of technical systems.
• Perform complete on-site installations, including data backups, system upgrades, and new software/hardware deployment.
