Qualifications

• 5+ years in localization or language quality role in online space

Responsibilities

• Delivery: Ensure on-time localization for language(s)/market(s).
• Quality Monitoring: Oversee language quality and advise vendors; escalate recurring issues.
• Vendor Management: Onboard and maintain relationships with language service providers.
• Localization services: Provide urgent translations and consult on services like transcreation, voice-over, post-editing.
• Strategy: Feed local market perspective into central localization strategy; identify opportunities in customer journey.
