Job summary

Booking.com in Singapore is seeking a data-driven professional to drive high-quality reporting on KPI's and behavior indicators for Global Accounts.

You will collaborate with regional teams, develop growth levers, forecasting, and value proposition frameworks, while coordinating with Booking.com B.V. and regional chains teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement key actionable growth levers to optimize Global Accounts performance
• Implement and monitor Global Accounts forecasting approach
• Support strategy development and drive execution
• Develop and quantify the value proposition framework for partners with regional teams
• Drive collaboration between the three regional chains teams
• Monitor internal projects as main contact between Booking.com B.V. and Regional chains team
• Organize regular check-ins and follow-ups to monitor success between regional and central chains teams
• Be a key contact for other Booking.com BV departments in Amsterdam on Global Accounts discussions
• Lead new projects relating to global chains and manage them to execution and monitoring
• Create partner-facing materials/presentations for regional teams
• Create internal-facing materials on Global Accounts business
• Be a key relationship builder for internal stakeholders involved in Global Accounts

Key Responsibilities

Drive delivery of high quality reporting on key KPI's and behavior indicators to monitor performance of our Global Account

Partners.

• Identify and implement key actionable growth levers to optimize Global Accounts performance
• Implement and monitor Global Accounts forecasting approach.
• Support strategy development and drive execution
• Develop and quantify the value proposition framework for partners together with the regional teams, and drive execution
• Drive collaboration and communication between the 3 regional chains teams
• Monitor internal projects by being the main contact person between Booking.com B.V. and the Regional chains team
• Organize regular check in and follow up points to monitor success and results between regional and central chains teams
• Be one of the gto points for other Booking.com BV departments in Amsterdam for Global Accounts discussions and questions
• Pick up & lead new projects relating to global chains and manage them through to execution and monitoring results
• Create conversation changing partner facing materials / presentations for use by the regional teams
• Create internal facing materials on the Global Accounts Business
• Be one of the key relationship builders for internal stakeholders that are involved in Global Global Accounts
