The role is office-based at PLQ with occasional travel to recruitment events and fairs. A background in high-volume recruitment and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in recruitment, preferably high-volume or mass hiring.
• Experience with job portals and recruitment channels.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and large candidate pools in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Handle high-volume recruitment and meet monthly hiring targets.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media and other channels.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to support hiring needs.
• Communicate with candidates and ensure pre-employment documentation is complete.
• Maintain recruitment records and prepare reports on progress and KPIs.
