Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Specialist (Senior/Junior) to join our growing team at HQ in Paya Lebar, with occasional work at Woodlands & Serangoon.

The role focuses on high-volume recruitment of non-executive and frontline employees, managing the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in high-volume recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and ability to handle multiple vacancies with target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume, mass or volume recruitment.
• Experience hiring non-executive, frontline, operational or blue-collar employees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, salary negotiation, offer management and onboarding.
• Drive high-volume recruitment and achieve monthly hiring targets across multiple vacancies.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, FastJobs and other channels.
• Support recruitment fairs, walk-in interviews, hiring drives and mass campaigns.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with external agencies to meet hiring targets.
