Job summary

SMRT Trains Ltd. is seeking a Specialist, Recruitment on a 2-year contract to lead mass hiring for non-executives and blue-collar workers in Singapore. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and support on-site hiring events.

The role requires 2+ years in high-volume recruitment, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and experience with ATS systems like SuccessFactors. You will partner with HRBPs and coordinate weekend recruitment drives as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in high-volume or mass recruitment.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills, with experience using job portals and recruitment platforms.
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and a high volume of candidates in a target-driven environment.
• Creative, proactive and willing to try new recruitment methods to attract candidates.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SuccessFactors/ATS and Microsoft Lists or Power BI would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of local employment legislation and fair employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviews, salary negotiation, offer management and onboarding.
• Drive high-volume recruitment to meet monthly hiring targets.
• Actively source candidates through platforms such as JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, FastJobs and other recruitment channels.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to deliver recruitment targets when required.
• Keep track and follow up with candidates on documentation for their application via various communication channels.
• Develop and experiment with creative recruitment strategies and new sourcing approaches.
