Job summary

ASIA-LINK TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD is seeking a Specialist, Recruitment on a 2-year contract to support high-volume recruitment for non-executive and blue-collar roles. You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews and offers), coordinating with HR and hiring teams, sourcing via JobStreet, MyCareersFuture and agencies, and conducting onboarding.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in high-volume or mass recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate management skills.
• Willing to support weekend recruitment events when required.
• Experience with ATS/SuccessFactors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle high-volume recruitment and multiple vacancies to meet hiring targets.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, FastJobs and other channels.
• Work with recruitment agencies when required to support hiring needs.
• Follow up with candidates on documentation and application progress.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, personnel files and recruitment reports.
• Conduct onboarding and induction for new joiners.
• Work closely with HR and hiring teams to support recruitment and onboarding requirements.
