Job summary

ASIA-LINK TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Specialist, Recruitment on a 1-year contract to manage high-volume hiring for non-executive positions. You will cover sourcing to onboarding and support mass recruitment activities, including weekend events.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in high-volume or mass recruitment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Diploma in HR, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong sourcing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently.
• Experience with SuccessFactors/ATS, Microsoft Lists or Power BI is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and fair employment practices.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, FastJobs and others.
• Support high-volume hiring, recruitment fairs, walk-in interviews and hiring drives.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle documentation, onboarding and new joiner orientation.
• Maintain recruitment records, KPIs and reports.
• Support other recruitment/HR initiatives as required.
• Support weekend recruitment events when needed.
