POWERPLUS GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Support and Parts Coordination professional in Singapore. You will manage post-sales inquiries, coordinate with technicians, prepare quotations and orders, and drive service-related activities through compliant processes.

You will handle warranty/RMA, manage parts sourcing and quotes, and oversee inventory/logistics to meet KPIs and SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in parts, after-sales, service coordination, or technical customer service.
• Familiar with ERP/CRM and MS Excel.
• Able to read technical drawings/parts catalogs; strong product/technical aptitude.
• Customer-oriented, with strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer support and service coordination for post-sales inquiries, including parts availability, pricing, lead times, service requests, and warranty.
• Raise service jobs, schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians to meet SLAs, and prepare/follow up on quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and credit notes.
• Manage warranty and RMA processes, including documentation, claims submission, and closure.
• Handle escalations and resolve delays/backorders/DOA promptly.
• Parts sales and order management from sourcing through delivery, tracking open orders and expediting critical shipments.
• Inventory and logistics: monitor min/max, safety stock, cycle counts, maintain item data, coordinate shipments, and reduce obsolete stock.
• Commercial and reporting: achieve KPIs for parts revenue, fill rate, OTIF, quoting hit rate; support promotions and contracts; upsell accessories and services.
• Compliance and quality: adhere to ISO/QA procedures, import/export controls, and keep audit trails in CRM/ERP.
