You will drive root cause analyses, preventive maintenance, and performance optimization across the APAC region. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engine support or marine/mechanical engineering, strong English, and ERP system experience (SAP).

Qualifikationen

• Comprehensive engine knowledge with diagnostics, maintenance, and consultancy.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with ERP platforms (SAP) and technical documentation processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• APAC customer-facing experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for customers on engine operation and maintenance.
• Assist root cause analysis, investigations, and corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Advise on preventive maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Evaluate performance data to identify efficiency and emissions improvements.
• Provide technical enhancements and coordinate cross-functional service activities.
• Support service assignments, engine overhauls, and OEM-aligned work.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Workshop, and Spare Parts teams to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare reports, risk assessments, and post-service evaluations.
