Chris-Consulting Executive Search Group Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Fund Accounting Manager for our client, the largest independent hedge fund administrator. You will plan and review reconciliation work, manage a team, and maintain critical relationships with fund participants and service providers.

Key duties include client onboarding, transitioning new clients into the system, driving process improvements, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifikationen

• Degree qualified and ideally possess an accounting qualification.
• 5-8 years of fund accounting experience in Hedge Fund / Hedge Fund Administrator / or other alt investment institution.
• 3-4 years' experience in managing a team.
• Proven interest in financial markets and hedge fund industry.

Aufgaben

• Plan workflow, review and sign off on work performed by staff, including final review of reconciliations.
• Meet deadlines and expectations of fund participants.
• Review monthly/quarterly billable hours to local offices for services.
• Act as relationship manager for external and internal clients.
• Establish and manage transitions for new accounting clients and set up in the system.
• Maintain relationships with investment advisors, banks, brokers, auditors and other fund participants.
• Build and maintain relationships with local departments and other banking offices worldwide.
• Lead process improvements and special projects for quality improvements.
• Participate in/lead projects for business expansion and evolution.
• Supervise, coach, train, interview and evaluate staff.
