Job summary

Apex Group Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Fund Accounting Manager for Hedge Funds to lead client deliverables, NAV preparation, and fund onboarding. You will be the principal contact for fund administration clients.

Responsibilities include processing fund payments, calculating management and performance fees, ensuring SSAE 16/18 and AML/KYC compliance, coordinating audits, and mentoring the team in complex financial instruments.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• Strong knowledge of fund administration and NAV processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead NAV preparation and client deliverables as the principal contact for fund administration clients.
• Review and process fund payments to fund managers and third parties.
• Calculate management and performance fees, interest and accruals.
• Liaise with clients, brokers and custodians to address queries.
• Oversee onboarding of new funds and system setups (PAXUS/Geneva).
• Ensure compliance with SSAE 16/18 and AML/KYC standards.
• Coordinate client audits and respond to audit inquiries.
• Mentor staff on fund processing tasks.
