Job summary

Apex Group in Singapore seeks a Senior Fund Accounting Manager for hedge funds to lead NAV preparation and client deliverables. You will liaise with clients, brokers, and custodians, ensuring accurate fee calculations and timely reporting while maintaining SSAE 18 and AML/KYC standards.

The role requires at least 5 years in fund accounting or fund administration, with a university degree in accounting or finance and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years Senior Fund Accounting or related experience in fund administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Experience with Paxus/PFS Paxus is advantageous.
• University degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead NAV preparation and review for hedge funds; act as principal point of contact for clients.
• Review and process fund payments to managers and third parties.
• Calculate management and performance fees, interest, and accruals.
• Coordinate with clients, brokers, and custodians on queries.
• Support pre-launch and onboarding of new funds; ensure AML/KYC compliance.
