Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; pursuing professional accounting qualification.
• 6+ years of experience in financial services with high-volume operations or hedge funds.
• Supervisory experience with 3+ years leading staff.
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented with strong business acumen.
• Strong client relationship management and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform NAV calculations for hedge funds and lead a team of fund accountants.
• Review and sign-off NAV calculations, financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate payments and related transactions.
• Manage daily workflows and ensure high SLA compliance.
• Lead year-end processes with audits and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients and internal migrations.
• Drive departmental initiatives and continuous improvements.
