Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking a Fund Operations Analyst to join its expanding operations team. The position focuses on processing and validating fund transactions, performing reconciliations, and ensuring accurate NAV reporting for diversified investments.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in funds operations, a solid understanding of mutual and hedge funds, strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and good collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Around 1-3 years of relevant experience in funds operations, fund accounting, or investment operations.
• Solid understanding of mutual funds, hedge funds, or other pooled investment vehicles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high transaction volumes.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate fund transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches.
• Perform daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and NAV to ensure accuracy of fund accounting records.
• Monitor settlement activities and liaise with custodians, fund administrators, and counterparties to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare operational reports and assist with regulatory submissions in line with global standards.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, risk, and compliance teams to support smooth operational workflows.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support automation projects to enhance efficiency.
