You will handle enquiries and appointment requests via phone, email, and live chat, delivering warm, accurate service and guiding customers to access the healthcare they need.

You will collaborate across departments to resolve issues, support a fast-paced environment, and play a key role in enhancing the customer experience.

Qualifications

• GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Levels or Polytechnic Diploma.
